Windows 10: How do I change the sound/brightness shortcuts changes in Windows 11 version 23H2 ?

I used to increase/decrease the volume with Fn+F2/3 and the brightness with Fn+F11/12, it appears that these shortcuts were recently changed and now use the Alt key instead of Fn. How do I go back to the shortcuts I'm used to ? I searched for shortcuts in the start menu, but to no avail.

Brightness changing problem

Hi,

Changing the screen brightness on your laptop can be adjusted by going to
System > Display where you can use the slider to adjust the brightness. If your PC supports, you may also let Windows to automatically adjust the screen brightness according to the current lighting condition by enabling
Change brightness automatically when lighting changes.

If you've already the tried the suggestions above but the screen brightness still doesn't change, then we suggest updating the display drivers. Please see

LAPTOP BRIGHTNESS changing after UPGARDED TO WINDOWS 10

This issue can be caused by the adaptive brightness setting and corrupted system files.

For us to provide the accurate troubleshooting steps, and to better assist you, we'd like to know the version of Windows 10 that was installed on your device.

To know the version, press Windows key + S > type winver
> press Enter.

In the meantime, try to disable the adaptive brightness by following the steps below and see if the issue will persist:

• Go to Control Panel.
• Click Hardware and Sound.
• Select Power Options.
• Click on Change plan settings.
• Choose Change advanced power settings.
• Expand Display.
• Expand Enable adaptive brightness.
• Click on it and turn it off by selecting Off.
