Multiple Display Size for "Select and Rearrange Displays"

The system thinks my 4K laptop display is larger than my 1980p monitors, and it is not of course, so I cannot move the displays on the rearrangement space so that the monitors and laptop display are touching at the desired location to match my setup. Does
anyone know the fix without changing the resolutions? - the screens are all fine the way they look. I just can't move my mouse from screen to screen where I want. Thank you, J

Hi,

You may need to reconfigure your display's settings. Follow these steps to make your display settings permanent:

• Close or minimize all open programs.
  
• Right click an empty area.
  
• Select Display settings.
  
• Under Multiple displays, select your desired settings.
  
• Click Identify to verify which monitor is number 1 and number 2.
  
• Click Apply.
  
• Click Keep changes to save the settings.

thanks for the reply.

since my laptop(15") representations screen is larger than my extended monitor(24"), the bumping edge will always be there either on the top or bottom.

i'm look for the solution to change the representations of monitor images to it's actual size.
