Windows 10: How do i clean / reset my disc

On my windows 10 pc, I have 2 discs/drives. One of them is my original disc/drive called: Windows C: - This disc/drive has a size of 445 GB, I think I heard someone saying that this disc/drive is my startup disc/drive so I should not fill it... anyway, the other disc/drive I have is called: 2TB HDD D: - This one however as u can read in the title contains 2 TB. The second disc/drive I bought as an add-on when I bought this PC, a Taurus 2070. My problem is that when I go into --> Settings > Update & Security > Recovery, and click Get Started under Reset this PC, I don't get an

How about i just delete partition for disk C and click next when i get unallocated one to get a system for it and format partition for disc D and once my computer loads after installations i use Diskpart to clean my drive D?Do i need to remove disc D during any step here?

  Are you trying to format the Disc?

In case, if you are trying to format the disc, I suggest you to download third party DVD/CDs burner application and you format the disc.
