Windows 10: How do I close a page with no close button--from Windows!?

I am running Windows 10. Occasionally a full-screen page will appear suggesting and encouraging me to change or upgrade to Windows 11. NO ability to close the screen or bypass the advertisement is presented, except for the click-bait line, "Remind me later". I have to power off my computer by depressing the power-off manual switch, or by unplugging the computer. I immensely dislike Windows trying to hold me captive with an impassable screen. Hi, I am a windows user and recently I went to a situation in which I opened up different Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 instances this makes my system little bit hanging. I wanted to close one of the project to release the RAM but due to lagging I closed
the wrong one since the name of the instance was on the left side, opposite to the close, button and then I had to reopen that again. This happens to me many times.

Being a developer, I have two suggestions

1. To add the instance or file name to the close button tooltip such as "Close MyDemoApplication" instead of simple "Close".

2. The time taken for the appearance the tooltip should be reduced to 0 sec or as much ( as I am not aware what dependencies could be there).

This can notify the user on the spot that which instance are they about to close rather looking on to the other side of the window. May be we can start the pros and cons for this suggestion.

Unable to close Calculator app on Windows 10.

Hi,

To assist you better, I would like to ask if the issue persists with other Windows Apps as well.

I suggest you to press/hold the left click button on the title bar of the calculator and drag the Windows to shrink the size of the Windows and check if the close (X) option appears. If the issue still persists, then suggest you to run the Windows Store
Apps troubleshooter by following the steps provided below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
• Click on View all on top left pane.
• Select “Windows Store Apps” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.
