    How do I complain about Microsofts horrible customer service?


    I called earlier today to see if Windows 10 would be compatible. Dude says I'm fine.

    Download windows 10, screen pops and says it isn't compatible.

    Finally get someone on the phone and once I explained the situation, the rep

    basically says get a new computer. What the hell, and then I get hanged up on.

    I guess that is Microsoft new customer service policy, lie that it works and then

    hang up on you when you complain.

    Horrible Customer Service from Asus.

    Horrible Customer Service from Asus. ** Asus sucks **

    I need to RMA my mobo due to some lagging issues and still no replies. Sent 1 RMA request and about 3 different emails. Nothing. Been 3 days and counting. According to their site, if I don't get any response within 48 hours, my case will be sent to the top.

    Still waiting.
