    I've had much help from Nicole's answer here, but it's a bit unclear still.https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-do-i-completely-delete-all-data-releted-to-a/15fa71d0-3065-4c39-adb2-53b6c04e1257So I went to "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\S-1-5-18", even though I'm using windows 10.In that folder, I find a couple of folders with this type of oversight in them but I don't see any reference to either deleted or the one remaining accouns.Naam = Name, Gegevens = Data and geen waarde ingesteld = no value set.
