Windows 10: How do I completely get rid of Microsoft from my life ?

Hi,How can I completely get rid of Microsoft, all email and Windows OS and not give my money to big tech corporations? I'm tired of Microsoft and Google tracking me. Please suggest any alternatives.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

How to add tiles to Life at a Glance?

I suggest you pin the app tile and Life at a glance on the Start screen.

Follow the below steps:

• Type program in the search bar from the Desktop.
• Right click on the app and select Pin to Start.
  
• Again, type life at a glance in the search bar from the Desktop.
• Right click on the Life at a glance and select Pin to Start.

I cannot delete or add apps to 'life at a glance'
