Windows 10: How do I completely remove my Sims 4 game from my OneDrive?

A while back, I made the mistake of moving my Sims 4 game into my OneDrive in order to "create more space" on my laptop, but it just made things so much more complicated. I use custom content and mods, and every time the game had an update, all the CC and mods I had deleted would come back and I am tired of having to go and delete them every. single. time. I just want it completely removed from my OneDrive so I can keep the game and its files on my actual laptop storage. How do I remove it?

Sims 4 deleting custom content

To address your concern, kindly help us with the following questions:

1. Which version of Windows is installed on your machine?
   
2. Are you accessing the game on Xbox device or Windows PC?
   

I would suggest you to enable custom content option and see if that works. To do that,

• Go to Game options > Other >
  Enable Custom Content and Mods.
  
• If it isn’t ticked, place a tick mark and
  exit the game.
  
• Later, get back to your game and see if your custom context is present.
