Windows 10: How do I completely stop Standby memory build-up?

Now, I know everyone talks about freeing standby memory on Windows. But how do I stop it from being created at all times when my laptop is on? It's not like I have Standby memory generation issues, like it being created too much than normal, I want to completely stop it from being generated. I know that you can use stuff like RAMMap, ISLC, EmptyStandbyList, Mem Reduct and other stuff like that to free up standby memory, but I don't want to go through the hassle of opening the window and clicking free memory button or pressing the hotkeys, or getting random CPU or disk usage spikes when the c

It is all in order
Standby memory is ram held in reserve by Windows - for use by the system if needed. - hardware etc.
If processes require more ram than is shown as free, then the standby memory is released by the systme as necessary

This is the first I have heard of any issues with Standby list memory causing issues outside of games.
I know there were a lot of reports around 1809 of games having issues where the standby list didn't release memory and games would stutter. There are a few programs that can clear up this issue. I have used both and they do work but I only used it for games, never noticed any issues in windows applications.
ISLC (Intelligent standby list cleaner) by Wagnarsoft and Processlasso by Bitsum can clear the standby list automatically.

RamMap is working for me, when you click empty standby list you then close it, and it does its thing.
