Windows 10: How do I connect my device as output?

Hi, I have an Asus VivoBook ~2021 and Philips BTM2312 speakers 2 speakers and one control block, ~2016. I have finally managed to connect both by bluetooth but it shows it's only "connected voice" and music Spotify, Youtube plays on the PC instead of speakers. I have tried restarting the PC and un/replugging the speakers. In sound settings, the PC doesn't detect it as an output device, only input though I'm pretty sure it doesn't even have a mic so I really don't know what to do.

I've tried every step that was suggested, still getting no audio output device installed.

Hi,

You will need to select Windows 8 from the drop down list while installing the driver in compatibility mode.

I would suggest you to try setting the speaker as default audio output by following the steps below and check if it helps.

1. Right click on the sound icon on the right bottom corner of the taskbar.

2. Select "playback devices".

3. If "speaker" is not set as the default device, highlight it and click "set as default".

5. Save the changes.
