Windows 10: How do I contact MS Store Support without running into that **** bot?

Here's the story.I purchased windows 11 pro upgrade. While purchasing the screen froze and I had to purchase it again.Now I'm charged twice.I tried looking online, it said to check order details, nothing can be done there.it said to call support number which tells me to check online.It just goes in circles, its idiotic.

Run an Bot from Cortana

Hello to Everybody,

I have made a little Bot with C# and I follow the instructions of these link:

Configure an Azure AI Bot Service bot to run on one or more channels - Bot Service

But I do not attain that my Bot run when I speak with Cortana. I say to Cortana: "Hi Cortana, run <name_bot>" and Cortana does not run the bot. I have made the bot with Visual Studio 2017 and it is compilated.

I do not know the last step is a registry in the System of the bot or a special loggin with Cortana
