    How do I continue?


    My mom gave me this Windows 8 computer because she didn't use it anymore. I never was able to do much because I didn't have access to administrator. I ask her to put the password in but she forgot it. She also claims that there might be important info stored on there so I cant factory reset it. I look online to trie to find ways to fix it but I hit another road block: Everytime I try to go to settings, it flashes and closes at the same time... What am I supposed to do?ps: I tried resetting the outlook account connected but it keeps saying that I don't have enough infothe account is practicall
