How do I control the power usage for certain apps?

Hey there! so in around November of last year, I decided to download windows 11. It worked perfectly fine and was great to use. I then decided to reset the laptop so I could basically start off on a new laptop. This suddenly made my performance absolutely terrible, I went to a computer shop and they tried to fix it but couldn't. Fast forward to around a day ago I opened it again because I wanted to do stuff on Fiverr. I thought it would be funny to try to open Roblox again. I hadn't mentioned it, but Roblox was the game where the performance was dipping. And it worked fine- For around 5 minu

HIGH POWER USAGE WITH MICROSOFT EDGE

    Hi André, I'm Bill.

You could try resetting Edge to it's original unused state, which might disable whatever process is using so much power. Here are the steps you can follow:

    - Click Start and type "apps & features".

    - Select Apps & Features.

    - Find the app in the list and select it.

    - Click Advanced Options

    - Click Reset.

Keep in mind you'll lose customisation within Edge, so you might need to set it up how you like it again once you've done this. Hopefully this stops the high power usage, but if not, let me know! Thanks!

Services and Controller app causing 100% CPU Usage

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that Services and Control app is causing 100% CPU Usage. I’ll help you with this issue.

Upon researching, I found that few of our customers were also facing High CPU usage with Services and Controller app and this was caused by an application named “Segurazo”, which turns out to be a third party anti-virus software.

They were able to resolve the issue by uninstalling the application. I would suggest you to refer the suggestions by
