Windows 10: How do I convert an image containing text to editable text without losing the entire image?

Hi. Suppose there's a picture, a diagram, with some text inside it, like this one:Then, if there's a typo or a need to translate it into another language.Instead of manually deleting and covering all the text with its background and retyping it again, is there any way to edit the text? Does Microsoft have a scanner that can help with this? Or does such a feature already exist in Microsoft Lens? So far, the closest thing I've ever found is just extracting every text from the image, but the image itself is gone, leaving only the extracted text. Yandex can help, but unfortunately, it doesn't have

I downloaded a picture from the internet and it's a step-by-step guide to installing Arch Linux.

It's a large picture, but the words are very tiny. When I tried printing it out, the words were even smaller. Is it possible to enlarge the text?

I'd like to print it out, because I plan on installing Arch on three different systems. To me, this is very handy

The whole trick is that if you try to print original image on 1 A4 paper, it'll shrink it to fit it all. But with original image cut into 4 segments, each will actually get enlarged to fit on A4 paper, making everything larger. You can also play with contrast settings to make text even more readable.
