Windows 10: How do I create a new account on my PC?

I am on windows 10 home and when I first set the computer up I signed in with my email and it logged me into as admin. Usually I’ve had accounts that are labeled as my name and that I have admin capabilities. I can’t even find a spot where I can add a password to this admin account. How do I set up a profile on my computer that’s separate from this admin account that can still have admin capabilities?

Am unable to create a new user. Accounts -> Add someone else to this PC options is not working to create a new account.

Try few of the troubleshooting steps below and check if it helps.

I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the computer, sign-in and check with the status of this issue. As this might be a temporary issue.

Follow the below steps to create a new user account:

• Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on
  Control Panel.
• Select User Accounts, click on Manage another account.
• Select Add a new user in PC settings, click on
  Add someone else to this PC and follow onscreen instructions.

no start menu, no search, no onedrive, no edge and not possible to create new account

try creating a new user account using command and check.

  Type netplwiz and press Enter.
  
• Click on Add button and create a new user account.
