Windows 10: how do i create a recovery disk for my windows10 from another computer

I recently dug out my hp Pavilion 6000 series windows 10 pro computer.


I started it up it boots the BIOS, I get the windows Logo after a number of seconds it gives me the blue screen

( Windows encountered a problem, gathering some info and will restart) plus a Q-code.


It then restarts and boots, then displays (Preparing automatic recovery) then another blue screen that says

(Choose your keyboard layout), here's the rub.


It does not see keyboard or mouse, (USB) then goes no further.


How can I create a recovery CD from another computer and keep my existing data, files and programs.

How to create Recovery disk for windows 10

Hii Panel;

Last week i upgrade window7 to window 10 , so now what i want to know is that how to create a complete recovery disk (using Pen-drive or hard disk) for window 10. So that in future if any problem occur i can make format to currently install window10 and
reinstall windows10 from that recovery disk .

Please tell me step by step process for creating recovery disk and also tell me how to again reinstall window 10 form that recovery disk ?

The files referred to here may be system files required to create backup.

I would suggest that you create a Media Creation tool by following the steps mentioned below and check if it helps.

Download the Windows 10 ISO and create a Media Creation tool and then perform Startup Repair.

Refer to the following link:

(Refer to the section "Installing Windows 10 using the media creation tool
" in the above article for creating the tool).

Once you have the installation media, follow the steps:

• Start your computer from the installation media. Insert the disk or USB stick and restart your computer. If you see a message asking you to “Press any key to boot from DVD,” do so. If you don’t see the message,
  you might need to change the boot order in your computer's BIOS settings so that it first starts from the disk or USB. When you see the
  'Install Windows' page, tap or click 'Repair your computer'
  link to start the Windows Recovery Environment.
• In the Windows Recovery Environment, on the
  Choose an option screen, click 'Troubleshoot'.
• Click, Advanced Options and then click on 'Startup Repair'.
• After this complete the repair perform the backup again.
