Windows 10: How do I create shortcuts on JUST MY profile?

Every time I create a shortcut when signed into my profile, it shows up on the other profile's desktops as well. Is there a way to create a shortcut for just me that other profiles don't see?

• Open a webpage in Microsoft Edge.
• Click the three dots at top right corner.
• Choose Open with Internet Explorer.
• Right Click and click on create shortcut.
• The shortcut shall open in Microsoft Edge, if it is your default browser.

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if that helps.

• Go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and sort by file type.
• Look for the screensaver file type (.scr).
• Find the file scrnsave.scr(you can choose any of the screensavers).
• Right click and select send to>desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut on my attachment, but when i click on it my screen goes off and on and nothing else.
