Windows 10: How do i cure the exception break point 0x80000003 occurred in the application at location...

Hi there can anyone help i keep getting this error messsage pop up and dont know what it means

Hello Community,

I have since the 28th of December a Microsoft Surface 2 with Windows 10 system.

Beside the Laptop has been having a couple of troubles to run correctly (for example: continiuos Operative System failures or the laptop just stop working, Windows might geht bored with the reports collected by my laptop).

I have run recently into a BREAKPOINT, exact proces follows this:

1) Press start botton for Surface 2

2) Windows appears in his loading mode and the screen turns grey (as if Surface left Windows)

3) Message:

" The exception Breakpoint

A breakpoint has been reached.

(0x80000003) occurred in the application at location

0x00007FFED6E2513"

Now, I am not able to start my Surface 2 at all, so I can not investigate what is happening.

I would like to have some suggestions or solution for this problem.
