Windows 10: How do I delete a PTR Record in Windows 10?

Every time I run ipconfig /displaydns on my Win 10 pc, I keep getting this strange PTR Record I did not configure in the hosts file or anywhere else. Is there a way to delete this?

Can not record audio.

• Select Recording Audio.
