Windows 10: How do I delete a work account that is an "account used by other apps"?

I left my old school district and I had used Microsoft for my work mail, calendar and other things but I no longer have access to that account because I am not in that district. I would like to delete the X-ISD account and add my new Y-ISD account. I keep getting notifications that I need to update the account settings - I just want to delete it.

Does anyone know how to delete an administrator account from another os on another partition (or using a live cd)?

I dont have access to the administrator account and i need to remove the other administrator account

If you can access the admin account through safe mode then all you have to do to remove the other account passwords is go into User Accounts in the control panel and either delete the accounts or, I'm not sure, remove the account passwords.

 

Deleting hotmail accounts?

I think it'll just get put down as avaliable so another person can create an account with that name. At least I think that was how it used to work. I have a Hotmail account that I use about once a year (don't have any Live stuff connected to it either) or so and it has never been removed. But I think I could create a new account with the same name and it would be avaliable.

EDIT: No, I cannot create a new account with the same name. It was at least six months ago I used it last time.
