Windows 10: How do I delete C:\Users\<user name>\OneDrive\ & C:\...\...\Pictures?

Hello,
I wish to delete the folders Onedrive and Pictures. Pictures folder contained Snip & Sketch, which I moved to another Pictures directory. Microsoft OneDrive is not found on Apps & Features. I have used Windows10Debloater several times after Windows Update. The script I use is:

How to delete the C:\Users\XXXX\OneDrive\Documents folder?

I don't mind storing some files in a free cloud server, but that has to be done with my own free will. I'm not interested being patronised. So, I want this and other folder Pictures.

I know Microsoft might say, create a local account, but that's not the solution. The Documents & Pictures should be the user's.

Does anyone know how delete these folders, or how to unlink from OneDrive?

What is the difference (content) between the folders Documents, Pictures, etc. in c:\Users\[username] and same named folders under c:\Users\[username]\OneDrive? Why aren't the contents the same?
