Windows 10: How do I delete iexplore.exe?

I don't want to uninstall internet explorer. I just want to delete the executable.

Not Using IExplorer but Have Deleted SuggestedSites.dat Files but they Return

I have used CCleaner to delete 5,121KB of data in the hidden operating system file INetCache\Low\SuggestedSites.dat. Every time it is deleted it is recreated? Why? I do not use IExplorer and although I do not use it I have disabled the suggested sites
feature in that unused browser. I do not like this thought that this data is being sent to Microsoft without my permission.

 

Why couldn’t my PC find iexplore-off?

There is supposed to be a space between the word iexplore and the - sign. It's shown in step b.

 

Dual iexplorer processes???

Totally normal with IE8, not sure about 7. When you open IE, it starts an iexplore process. Then each tab has its own iexplore process also. That means you will have n+1 iexplorer processes running at all times(n being the number of tabs you have open). So if you have 2 tabs open, you will have 3 iexplore processes running.

I believe they did this so that when one tab crashes, it doesn't take the whole browser with it.
