Windows 10: How do I delete Logitech lvrs64.sys and lvuvc64.sys drivers from my computer?

How do I delete lvrs64.sys and lvuvc64.sys drivers from my computer so I can turn on Core isolation memory Integrity again. Web cam wouldn't work after windows update and after calling Logitch - they got it to work by doing a bunch of technical things as they have no updated drivers for these apparently after 2 hours with their support. Now I have the Windows error. I am replacing web camera with non-Logitch unit so do not need these drivers any longer and I want to restore the core isolation memory integrity. I am not super techy - so instructions will need to be very clear please.Thank youP

I can't turn on memory integrity because of updated yet incompatible Logitech drivers: lvbflt64.sys, lvrs64.sys & lvuvc64.sys.

I've tried your first two options but unfortunately they haven't worked, I haven't tried your third suggestion yet.

I'm guessing that my incompatible dryers may not be associated with my twoLogitech mice in my Logitech WebCam. Again my incompatible drivers are lvbflt64.sys Logitech and lvrs64,sys Logitech and lvuvc64.sys Logitech.

I'll try your method #3 soon.

There seems to be a number of issues with this driver and neither Microsoft nor Logitech is able to help. I, like many others, are forced to work from home right now and having a dependable webcam (and supporting software) is critical for my job. There
have been problems with this for many years it appears.

I have uninstalled all Logitech software yet the lvrs64.sys driver persists. Probably because the generic Windows driver, that Microsoft tells us to use does not exist on my PC and I am unable to locate it on Microsoft's site or anywhere else for that matter.
So no Microsoft, uninstalling the device or updating driver does nothing because the only driver available is lvrs64.sys.

Please offer a solution. Nothing on any forums has worked and half the suggestions are not even viable.

Same problem. Sometimes multiple BSOD's per day. I disabled lvrs64.sys by renaming it _lvrs64.sys and replaced it with the generic Windows driver, but now the video works,
but no audio.
