    How do I delete my microsoft account from my computer, however I do not know the password.


    Help! I am unable to delete my account! I cannot remember my password, help! I no longer have access to this email, and want to remove the sign in from my account so I can use my new email as the admin.

    Deleting User Accounts

    If you can access the admin account through safe mode then all you have to do to remove the other account passwords is go into User Accounts in the control panel and either delete the accounts or, I'm not sure, remove the account passwords.

    you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

    is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?

    • When you say that "windows using the same password", are you getting any error message when you enter the password?
    • Have you checked the issue while entering with a different keyboard?
    • Were you connected the computer to a internet connection while logging into the computer with Microsoft account?
    • When you say that "resetting the password.", have you tried to reset the password from Microsoft website?

    I suggest you to follow the steps below to enter the password through different keyboard and through On-screen keyboard. Check if it helps.
