Windows 10: How do i delete my old account to which I don’t have access but have access to its email

I forgot my password and only proposed way to reset is sending sms to my old disable phone number.

Unable to access email account in Windows 10.

I cannot access my "other" email account after having added and deleted multiple times, followed all steps in "HELP" and Advanced settings. What do you suggest I try now?

Old email account is not accessible.

When I get to the "Switch with a local account" the screen asks me to enter my password from my non-accessible email account. It wants to send me a code. How do I access my old email account for this code when that email account doesn't exist anymore?

No. The email address I used to set up my Microsoft account is now gone, not accessible, no longer exists.

I have a new email address.

I want my new email address to replace the old email address.
