Windows 10: How do I delete systemOS files from my D drive?

So, I just upgraded my laptop from an HDD to an SSD but i am having an issue with storage that my SSD don't have much storage for bigger programs and games but my HDD have a lot of useless space but the problem is that one of my partion from HDD specifically D had system files and OS files but another partion of my disc E and F have my important data now i want to remove everything from D dive of my HDD so that i can use it but i have to make sure that data from E and F remains safe is there any way that i can wipe down everything from D drive of my HDD. I can't use discpart since it will cl
