    How do I delete the bstkdrv_bgp.sys file?


    I've tried so many things to delete this virus and it won't do anything. I tried resetting my computer, I tried to install anti-virus, I can't find any good software deleters, and I'm so stressed over it. This file is trojan infected and I can't hear anything nor use the windows search bar or cortana. Please help. I need this so bad.

    May we know what type of file are you trying to delete? Would it be Office documents, media files, or picture files? If you're trying to delete files for free some space on your device. We suggest to perform a Disc Cleanup. Kindly follow the steps below to
    perform the task:

    • Type in Cortana Disc Cleanup
    • Choose the files to delete
    • Click on "Clean up system files"
    • Click on Ok

    windows 10 deleted my desktop files

    Step 1 - I upgraded to Win 10 and lost all my files on Desktop.

    Step 2 - Found the files in Network - USers- Desktop

    copied all files again to desktop.

    Step 3- Restarted my machine again and lost desktop files again.

    Step 4 - As suggested did the following as listed below but dont find my files.

    • Press “Windows + E”, open This PC/Computer
    • Open Local Disc C, open Windows.old
    • Click on Users, select your User name
    • Go to desktop folder
    Cant find my files. Why is Win 10 deleted files again and again from Desktop ?.

    Help someone:

    I am a new help desk tech who knows very little about things especially smart drives. I bought a u3 smart drive and I started installing stuff from my laptop's "my documents". I then realized it copied far more than I wanted - forgot all the subfolders I had inside. So I started deleting like a frenzy and then realized too late I had just deleted the whole systems folder on the drive that was factory installed. I don't know what all was in that folder but I want it back - I can't fix it because nothings there anymore. How do I get new system files on it. Are they different than regular HDD sys files? Any help would be so much appreciated!
