Windows 10: How do I delete this account?

I am trying to delete the account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. It is on my IPhone but I am no longer using it. How do I delete the account??

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

Deleted account keeps reappearing
