Windows 10: how do i disable antimalware service executable MsMpEng.exe permanently

if nobody tells me how to, i will genuienly h*ng myself live on instagram.i already have suicidal toughts and if this doesnt get answered i will finally end it all6 hours and if a reply not explaining me how to and instead saying its a part of windows or something i will do it earlier.

Windows 10 Prod Admin and Antimalware Service Executable MsMpEng.exe

My user ID is part of the Admin group but I cannot change anything for the MsMpEng.exe process which just takes over my PC's performance (CPU and Memory) when I fire it up. Initially, both are at 100%, this can last for up to 10 minutes+, thereafter, it is constantly shows high memory and CPU usage. I have excluded MsMpEng.exe from the scans, this has made no difference. I cannot change affinity or priority settings and neither can I kill the process, access denied.



I have scanned the internet, nothing seems to work as I cant change any of the settings!
