Windows 10: How do i disable f1-f12 on my Laptop

How can i disable the f1-f12 on my Laptop i tested most tutorials and i didn´t found anything that worked for me.

I'm on an HP stream laptop (not touch screen) and I don't have the graphics options or gpedit and really want to disable the f1 through f12 hotkeys its ok if you don't have an awnser

I just brought the Designer Bluetooth Keyboard . And i using Window 10. Is there any way i can disable the FN key for F1-F12? Its very troublesome for me to keep on using the Fn key. Where i use to normal keyboard.
