Windows 10: How do I disable/remove the admin account without using said account on Windows 7?

To put more detail into this question I will explain it. I have a second-hand PC. This PC has an admin account with a password. And that's where the real problem enters. I don't know the password of this account. And the previous owner never gave us the password at all. And we have no way of contacting this person.Luckily I have another user account to do most of the things I do on my PC. But I cannot install anything, let alone upgrade my Windows 7 to newer versions without the use of the admin account.And to make the situation worse, the certificate the account has has not been valid for ove

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

visit safemode, log into admin account. download malwarebytes (or transfer from usb). run malwarebytes. exit safe mode. run an updated malwarebytes on admin account. eat some pie ;D

Somehow my windows 7 hidden admin account got infected. I cannot open regedit, task manager or any virus program.. in fact.. most programs wont work.. but my regular everyday account is fine, however it has no admin priviledges.

I know what the virus is.. its a xps viewer.exe virus.. it mostly annoying.. Programs do open up for a split second before this stupid ivirus program closes it again and then lies and gives me a message that says, " Cannot open this program, the program is infected"
