Windows 10: How do I disable safe mode without my monitor and keyboard working?

So I was having issues with my computer and I decided to enable safe mode, this made it worse because now not only does any monitor I try not work, the keyboard wont work either, and I have no idea how to disable safe mode like this to at least go back to my first issue

Monitor not working after booting in safe mode

Hello,

My pc was working perfectly fine, i disabled nvidia graphics to install new ones. i switched to safe mode by msconfig menu. now when i turn on my pc, everything runs except the monitor. so I'm stuck with a working pc,however, i dont get display. can't get out of safe mode without display.
It happened before too, i found some steps to get out of safe mode without display with keyboard only.

Also Monitor is connected to Motherboard VGA, i also tried the CMOS reset.

Any help ?

Keyboard does not work in safe mode.

So I just built a brand new gaming pc, and there was a black screen on the monitor because I didn't plug it into the graphics card and instead on the IO shield. I decided to turn the pc onto safe mode but then I realized I plugged the hdmi into the wrong place. I fixed the graphics card issue but my pc is still in safe mode. After I log into the computer and try to type in the bottom left box to turn safe mode off, the keyboard doesn't work. I then tried going to update and security but the tab just crashed. Could anyone explain how to fix this in easy steps because I am sort of a newbie to pc building.

I have tried those steps but for the fourth it says it does not work in safe mode. I think I'll try the system restore, and if that doesn't work I'll take it to the store to get it fixed. Thanks so much for the help.
