Windows 10: how do i disable the app when nobody is logged in

when i tried getting into something it told me to ask a adult but nobody is logged in for me, how do i disable it when there is nobody to disable it for me

We cannot disable Photos app on windows 10. However, we can uninstall the app and when you require the app you can download it through Windows Store.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to uninstall the Photo app.

• 
  Type Power Shell in the Search bar,
  right-click on Windows PowerShell and click on
  Run as administrator.
  
• 
  Type the following commands, press Enter
  key after each command, in the given order.
  

1. Get-AppxPackage

(This will view all the apps installed in your account.)

2. Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers

(This will view all Windows apps installed in the computer.)

3. Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.Windows.Photos | Remove-AppxPackage

(This will remove/uninstall the Photo app.)

• Restart the system and check.

DISM Logging disabled

I can locate the log, as you suggested, however the log file is empty (size 0 bytes). I have run the suggested command above; no change. The full error is: "Logging is disabled: unable to obtain access to the log file c:\windows\logs\dism\dism.log.

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
