Windows 10: How do I disable the Cloud, Co-Pilot and saved passwords from MS?

How do I disable the Cloud, Co-Pilot and saved passwords from MS? I never wanted this mess, and I don't need this mess interrupting my work constantly.I should NOT have to do anything when MS pops up endless boxes wanting me to log into my OWN laptop. I never needed Clippy, I never needed the Cloud and I never needed Co-Pilot nor did I or anyone else ask for those. Would Linux be a better operating system?

MS Edge not saving passwords

For the last few days, MS Edge is not saving my passwords. My password list is empty. I don't even get a prompt to save a password anymore. How can I fix this?

if you disabe\restart\enable back it may start working and offer to save passwords. if not next step that could help is to reset edge to factory defaults.

I think you have a choice on some password managers about syncing to cloud. You will need to do some research. I believe KeePass that BulldogXX mentioned is one that gives you a choice to save locally. If not you have a look at last pass. You could make
a manual list. just open notepad

and make your own password keeper and hide the file wherever you wish. I suggest a usb key.
