Windows 10: how do i disable the hardwarew watchdog?

hello, a friend gave me her Toshiba Satellite s55t-b5234 because it quit working but it works now after i let the battery die. anyways, i took the motherboard out to inspect for any signs of failure, which there weren't. i put it back together ensuring everything was connected, including the fans. now, i have installed a fresh copy of windows onto it. finally got it set up and i go onto zoom and run it for awhile to ensure it works and it shuts off. nothing happens it just goes out like right away. it keeps happening but at the same time 'i'm noticing its getting a little hotter than usual and noticed one of the fans aren't spinning. they both spin at the same time right? the thermal paste wasn't new but it was still wet. any ideas?

Thretch -- Thanks! I was able to disable the watchdog in BIOS settings but it still shows up in the processes. How do I stop it from loading?
