Windows 10: how do i disable the right ctrl keybinds?

Discus and support how do i disable the right ctrl keybinds? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I am using right ctrl for some key-binds of my own and i am pressing these in a browser half the time. when i do it takes me to one of my open tabs...     how do i disable the right ctrl keybinds?


    I am using right ctrl for some key-binds of my own and i am pressing these in a browser half the time. when i do it takes me to one of my open tabs depending the number i press with right ctrl. I want to disable all key bind shortcuts or whatever they are called associated with right ctrl in native windows. Primarily the ones that deal with the number row. how do i do that?

    Thank you for your help. I did a little but more looking and it turnes out the specific keybind i was trying to disable isnt a windows keybind, its for the alt1 toolkit for runescape. Thank you again

    i just downloaded the autohotkey program but it doesnt give me the edit script option. only the help and explination of the program. it says i ran the program without specifying a script. i just want to disable these stupid keybinds forever

    I need to disable ALL keybinds for windows 10 so i can use the ALT key for Runescape 3. pressing ALT+2 brings up some "select area" interface to capture a screenshot of a custom area and i need that disabled. all online guides say to open gpedit, but thats
    not on my computer. when i search gpedit my only option is to search for it online. please some help. i cant even call because the automated system says to go online
