Windows 10: How do i disable uac without admin password

I was trying to download an app but i needs a uac but the only problem is i forgot the admin password

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if this helps:

• Open User Account Control Settings by clicking the Start button.
• Then type uac, and then click Change User Account Control settings.

• To turn off UAC, move the slider to the Never notify position, and then click
  OK. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. You will need to restart your computer for UAC to be turned off.
• To turn on UAC, move the slider to choose when you want to be notified, and then click
  OK. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Administrator forgot password, disable UAC

So the administrator to my desktop forgot their password, and I am unable to login to their account to change anything.

User Account Control has made it virtually impossible to do anything, and without the administrator password, I am unable to disable it. The administrator is unwilling to go to Microsoft.com to reset it, so I am virtually stuck.

EVERY suggestion on the Internet was useless ("open cmd as admin", I don't even have the password), So I need some advice on how to reset the administrator password and to also disable UAC.
