Windows 10: How do i download an old version of Windows 10 Enterprise? Version 1607 build 14393.0

I have a PC with an old image on it that is corrupt. The corruption does not allow updates to take place.
I have used DISM, CHKDSK , reset the update client, etc. All have failed.
I need the OS version 1607 build 14393.0 as an ISO so that I can use it to repair what I have in place. After repairs, I can update to 1909. Is there a Microsoft resource that has downloads of these older versions/ builds?
I am not comfortable using non-Microsoft links as that is not likely to be legitimate software. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My Windows 10 version keeps showing me as version 1607, Build 14393.1593

Without following any steps you mentioned above, the Windows 10 AutoUpdates Yesterday finally updated my version 1607, Build 14393.1593 to Version: 1703, Build: 15063.632.

Thus, my quesions are as follows:

1- Why did that happen without being joined the Insider Program?

2- I didn't lost any data of mine.

3- Why is the "Version: 1703, Build: 15063.632" is called with the Win 10 Creators UPdate,
however, the version 1607, Build 14393.1593, and earlier is not?

What other features are available in the Win 10 Creators UPdate ?
