Windows 10: how do i download icloud for free storage on my windows 10

How do I download icloud for free storage on my windows 10 laptop. I use to have windows 8 and then I had to upgrade to windows 10. My onedrive is full and I need space I can not afford to buy and I was told I could have free icloud space. Please advise where I can download on a safe site and know it is the home page of icloud tks

Turn off icloud storage notifications on Windows.

• In the search box in Windows 10 type Settings and select "Settings Trusted Windows Store App"
• Click "System"
• Click "Notifications & Actions"
• Scroll down to "Show Notifications from these apps"
• find "iCloud" and turn it off
• This works for other offending app notifications

I'm running W10 on an Apple iMac under Bootcamp.

I have done this (the steps described above) and iCloud seems to be able to turn the notifications back on. In other words, when the system is rebooted, the annoying notifications from iCloud reappear. The fact that I went into the settings and turned off
these notifications-- including left-clicking on them/drilling down to specifically turn off everything-- seems to be meaningless.

Most annoying. Makes me want to remove iCloud from W10.
