Windows 10: How do I Download my photos from my cel phone

After the last Windows10 update, I can no longer download photos form my simple cell phone. I used to be able to connect my phone to the USB port, open up "My Computer" and click on my phone, which would appear as a separate drive. This no longer works. How do I retrieve my photos now? I can't use the internet to do this, since I'm too cheap to pay for internet on my phone as well as my computer. Thanks!

I have followed the steps but "Import/Export photos doesn't appear in the dropdown list. Since this is the first time I am downloading into this computer with Windows 10 it was suggested that I need to load new drivers but I can't seem to find them.
