Windows 10: How do I download the Update to Windows 10 Home v.10.0.19018+ if my computer that has...

I am trying to find the Update to Windows 10 Home v.10.0.19018+ for my Windows Hoem PC. My computer already has Windows Home 10 pre-installed on it but it is not compatible with a piece of software called Docker Desktop. For the computer to download and install this piece of software my computer needs an Update to Windows 10 Home v.10.0.19018+. I have tried to manually update my windows but the my computer does not download this update. So my question is, where do I find this Update to Windows 10 Home v.10.0.19018+? How do I install it to my computer if I can't find it with the Auto-Update feature built into the computer.

Windows 10 forced download

I actually had a client call yesterday with an email problem. when I tried walking him through some steps, he says "Yeah, I don't see that there, but I think it's because it's updated to windows 10. It did that a few weeks ago. I came back in on Monday, and it said Welcome to Windows 10"..... I think I'd throw the computer out the window.
