Windows 10: how do i download this version of Microsoft visuals

anytime i try to run a game off of steam i get this error pop-up. i have already tried to install the latest version and i cannot find my specific version anywhere online

b. After the download, run the setup file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the package.

c. Restart the computer, if prompted.

Note> Make sure that your operating system is with the latest updated
