Windows 10: How do I either reset my password, recover my account, or transfer everything to my new...

Several months ago I got an email that someone else tried to access my account. I went to Microsoft's website to reset my password. When I tried I got the error: "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later." I then tried the Microsoft account recovery tool and received the same error message at the end of it. Since then I have gotten nowhere. I can't get anyone on the phone for Microsoft support because it says, "Our support has moved online. Please visit URL ...". When I go there I get the option to do the account recov

• Select Password security.
• Type your current password, then type a new password and type it again to verify.
• Select Save.
  

If you going to use a password make a new Account without a password so if you need to get back in your computer if you can.
