Windows 10: How do I enable back the feature known as "Windows Spotlight" in French: "Windows Actualité"?

I've already asked the same question, but the person helping me stopped writing back, so I'm hoping that whomever replies stays active and responds to my aidShort description in case it's no the right name: the cool lock screens showing places of the world, which you can give your opinion on.Since the day I had to modify my License Key which got voided suddenly without me knowing why, I haven't been able to re-enable the "Windows Spotlight" feature.I very much miss the unique lock screens I'd get every week or so...Anyways, when I check my settings, a message appears saying that "some sett

How to re-enable Windows Spotlight feature on Windows 10?

Windows Spotlight automatically shows images from Bing or promotes some
Windows Store applications and shows their images, for example: Fresh paint.



You will find the Spotlight feature in the Settings page under

Follow the steps below to enable Windows Spotlight feature on the lock screen:

  Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type
  Settings and select the top most search result.

  Select Personalization and click on
  Background from the left side panel on the window.

  Under Background from the right side panel of the window, select
  Spotlight from the dropdown menu.

  Wait for the preview to show in the Preview, close the window and lock the screen (Press

Windows Spotlight on the lock screen

Hi,

There are multiple causes on why you're encountering this issue. To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest that you disable and re-enable Spotlight. Simply follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the desktop and open Personalize.
• Open Lock Screen tab.
• Under Background, switch from Windows Spotlight to a Picture or the Slideshow.
• Click OK and close the Window.
• Now Log off and log in.
• Navigate to Lock screen and enable Windows Spotlight again.
