Windows 10: How do I enter my admin username and password to install quickbooks desktop onto my laptop?

Pop-up says User Account Control. Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device? It says to continue enter admin username and password. But the window only gives me the option to click no.

Why my credentials do not work when I try to use the remote desktop connection from a laptop ?

I got the username on the Desktop : Joel who is admin.

Then, on the laptop, in the computer field, I entered the Desktop IP address (192.168.1.113) and this username Joel

Next step is to enter a password. But which is this passw ? My MS password doesn't work.
