Windows 10: How do I factory reset my laptop?

So during an update, my computer was shut off. This cause some sort of corruption because if I try to start my laptop up, it shows the hp loading screen, then goes blank, then shows it again and so on repeat. I tried repairing it by pressing f11 and going to troubleshoot, and I went thorugh startup repair, system restore, system image recovery, and uninstall updates but everything gave some sort of error.There is no reset pc option and when using command prompt it to type "systemreset -factory reset" it says its not an internal vommand and whatnot.I tried booting it from a usb with windows ten

Windows 7 Laptop - Cannot reset to factory settings

I have been trying to reset my laptop to sell and followed instructions to reset to factory settings as below

1. Select the category “System and Security” in the control panel.
   
2. In the section “Backup and restore” you can find “Recover system settings on your computer” and then click on “Advanced recovery settings”.
   
3. Then, you need to click on “Return your computer to factory condition
   

I do not have the option Return your computer to factory condition in step 3

Any ideas?

I also have the added challenge that my keyboard does not work as I spilt water on it.

This has taken me hours to try and resolve!!
