Windows 10: How do I factory reset my PC, when if I click troubleshoot the restart option won't show BSOD

Ok, after my PC restarts it gives many options to select my keyboard layout, I obviously picked the US. After I clicked on the option US it's brings me to a screen Choose an option.The options are "troubleshoot"And "shut off PC". Whenever I click on the troubleshoot option my PC automatically sends me to the "advance options", but I never seem to find the "restart" option. I can't use "system restore", I can't use "system image recovery""The startup repair" doesn't work, and I can't uninstall any updates. Which leaves me with the command prompt and UEFI Firmware Settings :.I don't care ab

Which steps did you perform? Was this from a clean boot?
Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste this command: shutdown /r /o /f /t 00
It will boot to the recovery options or windows advanced troubleshooting menu.
Click troubleshooting and click reset this computer. You will be saving files. Applications and programs will be removed. Windows will be reinstalled.
Enter your windows logon password.
You will see getting things ready with rotating dots.
Click resetting this PC.
It will then display the HP logo with resetting this PC with rotating dots and a percentage.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
