Windows 10: how do I figure out and fix why my PC keeps randomly going black screen

My PC recently starting having black screen issues/Crashing. It only happens when I’m playing my game MW3 I’ve been playing for months and never had any issues. Now I can barely play 10 minutes before my screen turns black and I can still hear background pc noise, only way to get the screen to render back normally is by holding the power button down 10-15 seconds then the PC reboots up as if nothing happened at all and brings me to my password login screen. Everything else works I can browse web, use YouTube, watch anime, but not when I try to play the game Mw3 it’s turns black like never

my pc screen flashes black

my screen will randomly flash black when my screen buffers. For example if I'm playing a turn based game every time i go to the next turn the screen flashes and shows black bars. I've been looking and my drivers are up to date any suggestions on how to
fix? Thanks!
