    How do I find a lost device, After the 30 days have passed.


    I had a laptop that I lost over a month ago and this laptop doesn't have batter anymore since it has been so long since it was last seen. Because of this I can't use the location services to find it. I would like to locate the laptop and retrieve the laptop if I could and use the location services to find exactly where it is.What Microsoft resources can I use to find it if I am signed into my Microsoft account?Is there anyway to speak with someone so I can work on this issue?How do I find it using the location services if it was over 30 days ago?Thank you,Ryan Putney.

    Remove defective phone from music pass device list.

    I purchased a new Lumia 920 on 11/9 and added it to my music pass device list. I had to return the phone to ATT because of a defect. Now I can't add the new phone to my device list. I get an error message that I have to wait 30 days! Is there a way to
    override this?

    Where is the 30 day calendar in Windows 10?

    The WIndows Store App Troubleshooter didn't turn anything up. I'm doing Step 2 now. Thanks for trying to help me. I miss that damn calendar! I use it all the time.

    Finished: Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

    Any other suggestions to get this 30 day calendar working? Thanks.

    Anyone else have an issue with the 'remove one device every 30 days'?

    I'm having a similar problem with a mobile device. I've updated to win10 preview, and groove sees as a new device. I've been contacting Answer Desk for 2 hours and no one could help me. I'ts completely unreasonable to have to wait for 30 days to use music
    pass in the same device.
