Windows 10: How do I find an app name in Protection History that has a warning?

I have Windows 11. I received an icon warning yellow exclamation about Windows Security - Actions Recommended. Clicking on the Icon sent me to "Protection History", which displayed "Potential unwanted App found" along with date, time, and "low" priority. I want to know what this App is to make a better-informed decision before I decide what to do with it. However, there is no way apparent to me how to do this in "Protection History". I checked support and it said I have to have administrator privileges to view the details, but I only have one account of which "I am the administrator". How do

ETD_GetSMART.exe is HP Software and it is safe, that software is designed to check your hard drive for imminent failure and warn you

You can add that to the list of safe files in Controlled Folder Access to get rid of this warning

Open Windows Defender Security Center

Go to Virus & threat protection - Virus & threat protection settings

Scroll down to Controlled folder access

From there, you can add an app to the list of safe or allowed apps to prevent them from being blocked

ETD_GetSMART.exe is located in the following folder:

C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP Support Framework\Resources\HPActiveHealth\Executable Agent Data\_Shared\DiskCheck\
